The Four Faerie Courts: Spring, Summer, Autumn, & Winter

Wake, those who harken new life from decay,

Grasp the twisting ivy tendrils as silken petals sway.

From meadows aglow in sunlight, comes a solemn vow,

That to nature's rebirth all creatures bow.

A golden sun dispels shadow and gloom,

As the wilds beckon to uncover fate's loom.

Crackling oak, crashing shores, and the howl of a hound,

Guides the heart of the freedom-bound.

Adorned in leaves of crimson, veiled in twilight flame,

A tale of forgotten dreams unfolds, a crown of gold to claim

Lost to woods and hidden glades, gather with the stars

Listen closely to leaves a falling, that melody is ours.

Beneath the silver moon's beguiling glow,

Revel in the grace of the children of the snow.

In the slumber of the frozen forest, the north wind will sing,

For all things pass, even kin of frost and wing.

And Then the Magic Began

The Revelry

At the Fae Court Revelry, guests from all four of the seasonal faerie courts—Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter—came together for an unforgettable celebration. Under the shimmering glow of enchanted lights, fae from every realm reveled in music, dance, and laughter.

Union Station

Union Station served as the magical backdrop to The Paravelle Ball: Fae Court Revelry, and also as the narrative location for Caspian Ashwood's (an interactive character) estate, where the ball was hosted instead of the Autumn Queen's palace. The captivating architecture and spellbinding grand ballroom were a site to behold, laced with enchanting decor.

The Missing Autumn Queen

However, amidst the festivities, a mysterious shadow loomed: the Autumn Queen had gone missing. Uniting their strengths, the fae of each court set aside their differences and banded together in a quest to find their missing queen.

As the night began to unfold, alliances were tested, secrets were uncovered, and the fate of the Autumn Court fell to the hands of the attendees.

An Evening of Excitement

The evening was full of magical surprises, musicians, and even a swordfight or two.

A Challenger Approaches

The Autumn Court Champion David was interrupted by his long time friend, and fellow guard, Gavin, who publicly challenged him for his position as champion from the crowd.

David was able to prove that the Autumn Queen had appointed herself the perfect Champion when he disarmed Gavin in this exhilarating match.

Ashley Sienna Made Us Believe in Fairies

Singer Ashley Sienna wowed guests with a surprise performance of her spectacular single 'Fairies' and brought the true essence of the fae realms to the Revelry.

You can find Ashley Sienna's music on Spotify and visit her here if you liked her music!

Four Guided Group Dances

Choreographer Kat Cheng who has performed internationally with artists such as Mariah Carey and Jackson Wang, crafted four unique group dances that she taught and led herself.

Each dance was characterized by the seasonal court that it belonged to, and was made to be danced with either one partner or multiple, sometimes even with trade offs in an homage to regency style social dances.

The Autumn Queen Crowned

The night comes to a close when the Fae Court Revelry attendees managed to put enough evidence together to find out what had happened to the Autumn Queen. With the help of Yule Everfrost the Winter Detective (a cast member), and the rest of the Court Representatives, guests were able to return The Autumn Queen to her throne.

"Stories never really end...even if the books like to pretend they do. Stories always go on. They don't end on the last page, any more than they begin on the first page."
