All tickets purchased for our events are non-refundable. We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise preventing your attendance. In such instances, we kindly suggest transferring your ticket to another individual utilizing our official platforms.

If you are unable to attend an event, please contact us promptly. We will make every effort to help you transfer your ticket to the next person on the waitlist.

Please do not attempt to sell your ticket through outside channels, it will not be considered a valid transfer. This policy is in place to ensure a seamless transfer process and to prevent scams.

The waitlist will only be open after all general admission tickets have been sold. Refunds will not be possible until the waitlist is activated and participants have begun to register.

The waitlist has a limited number of spots for participants. We will send out a mass email to inform those wishing to be on the waitlist.

The cut-off date for ticket transfers is two months prior to the event date. After this point, transfers will no longer be possible.

All add-ons are non refundable, however they may be transferred with your ticket. Add ons such as a photoshoot may be transferred individually to someone on the waitlist.
